How to Vote

To vote in New Hampshire, eligible voters must register by the deadline, which is the Saturday before the election. Voters can register in person at their town or city clerk's office, at a polling place on Election Day, or by mail. On Election Day, voters must present a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, or sign a challenged voter affidavit if they lack ID. Absentee ballots are available to qualified voters who apply in advance.
