Washington voters can register online, by mail, or in person through the Washington Secretary of State’s website. Ballots are mailed to all registered voters; voters can return their completed ballot by mail, drop it at an official ballot drop box, or vote in person at a voting center during the early voting period or on Election Day. No photo ID is required to vote in Washington State.
